Shipping
At Read & Bell we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Shipping within Australia
Orders will always be dispatched within 5 working days, but usually get them out within 2 days . Deliveries are made via Australia Post. Read & Bell is dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and we advise ordering with plenty of time up your sleeve. If an order is required urgently e.g. gift, please email us and we can Express Post.
Shipping outside of Australia
Orders will be dispatched within five workings days of placement. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Generally orders will be received within 10 working days. Please consider this before ordering.
International shipping costs incur a flat rate cost of A$25.00. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country we are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
Returns & Exchanges
Read & Bell would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you’ve simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a full refund, LESS A $12.50 HANDLING CHARGE IF THE ORGINAL ORDER WAS "FREE POSTAGE".
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date. All items must be returned to Read &Bell at the expense of the purchaser.
FINAL SALE items are final. Pieces are being sold at very discounted prices and as such we do not refund, exchange or offer a credit note.
If you are unsure what these items are you will find FINAL SALE written in the product description.
All other sale items can be exchanged or we can issue a credit note. NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
How to make a return for exchange, credit note or refund:
Step 1
Check that you meet all the conditions above.
Step 2
Email us info@readandbell.com advising us of what you require, ie exchange, refund or credit note. Please also include your order number.
Step 3
We will get back to you via return email with how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE : We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside Australia. All orders shipped outside Australia are final.
Credit Vouchers
Credit vouchers will be issued for the return of discounted product. This includes items that have been marked down and items sold as part of a promotional sale. All credit vouchers will be emailed to the recipient and are valid for 3 years.
