Welcome to Read & Bell. This website is owned and operated by Read & Bell and should you purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Privacy
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Read & Bell.
Security
Read & Bell does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Read & Bell reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway with PayPal or Afterpay.
Availability & Back Orders
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact be out of stock. We apologise if this situation does occur and we will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.
Sales & Discounted Items
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns for refund on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing/promotions/code discounts. Sale items may be returned for credit note only.
Only one discount code can be used per order and is not redeemable for cash.
Promotional / Discount Codes
The welcome10 discount code is eligible for use by all new customers, who have subscribed to our mailing list. The additional 10% off can only be applied to one order, with a single use per customer. The discount is only eligible online and must be applied at the time of checkout. This code cannot be applied to any orders retrospectively. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative.
Returns
We offer refunds on all full-priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Please review our returns page for further instructions on how to return your order.
Care & Maintenance
All our products are made from natural fibres. Please take care of your product by hand washing in cold water with gentle cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals because they are subject to fading the product. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and always leave product to dry in a cool shaded area to avoid fading and sun bleaching. It is imperative that you follow our care and maintenance instructions for the best longevity of our product.
Faulty Items & Damages
Due to the handmade nature of our products slight markings or variations can occur. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please email us, and we will organise a replacement for you.
Duties And Taxes
At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, GST will be included in the purchase price. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country we are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
